MapleStory is MMORPG from Korean company Nexon. It's available to English players in its world wide version (European version is in building). It's working on the upcoming principle known from majority of Korean online games - players have possibility to pay for additional content, but the playing itself is for free. In this view is quite sympatic the approach of company Wizet. that delivers the international version - they strive to not get players investment to the game to change the gameplay too much, so the items offered in the Cash Shop are unique firstly by the look (and not by the attributes). Technical facet of the MapleStory game is another thing, that differentiates MapleStory from MMORPG standard. You are looking at maps not traditionaly but from the side view, similar to arcade games. From them is also adopted the form of game control, where you move with keyboard and mouse is used only for the menu control. Probably for lowering of requirements for internet connection is unfortunately simplified the motion physic so much as it's possible. For all that are (especially at populated servers) quite often lags. It's possible to get used to all of this and in reality it doesn't influence the gameplay.
To graphic of the game can't be anything reproached, there's signed professionally approach of authors - all is honestly painted and paralexly scrolling background of some locations is breath taking. In the game is playing decent volume of sound tracks.
